SAP BPC consultant/12 Months/Brussels, Belgium
SAP BPC consultant required for one of my clients! This is an initial contract for 12 Months to be based in Brussels, Belgium
In this role as SAP BPC consultant you will be responsible for:
- Provide a state of play of the current SAP BPC system on a functional & technical point of view
- Provide technical support to maintain the SAP BPC system in production
- Provide expertise and solutions in BPC domain to non-initiated users, clear reporting skills
- Perform system monitoring and tuning activities and provide consolidated reports
- System maintenance activities
- Interact and communicate with both the Business and the 1st level support teams
- Provide technical solutions and upgrades to improve system performance
- Implement/develop the system changes on the basis of the technical analysis
- Review project deliverables and ensure their proper quality control
- Participate in the specification of business requirements
- Apply the RUP methodology in developing the IT projects
Technical Requirements
- MS SQL Server Administrator knowledge
- MS SQL Server 2013 profiler, tuning and monitoring
- MS SQL Server 2012 Scripting and stored procedures
Functional Requirements
- Experience using & administering BPC 10.0 for Microsoft platform, knowledge of Netweaver is an asset
- Strong expertise using BPC script logic, EPM-addin skills required
- Functionally strong in planning and budgeting processes
- Communication/Presentation skills to relevant stakeholders
- Financial expertise (currency conversation, Balance sheet & P&L statements,..)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Excel and Visual Basic (scripts)
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL server 2012. SQL Scripts & stored procedures
- Proficient with MDX, SSAS or SSIS is a plus
