Role: Digital Portfolio Support
Location: London
Type: Contract
Rate: £350

Responsibilities:
*Provide support to the portfolio manager in the application of the portfolio framework ensuring all necessary documentation are completed and approved
*Manage and update the portfolio of work, prioritise where necessary and produce management reports summarising
*Manage stakeholders from across the organisation to help usage of the portfolio framework and gain feedback to continuously develop this.
*Review proposals for new projects and assess whether they should be considered for the new portfolio board (the main decision making committee)
*Take minutes from the portfolio board, track actions and assess whether conditions for projects have been met.
*Work with business analyst to review financial and workforce data and ensure this is aligned with portfolio management.
*Plan and manage a delivery roadmap for the delivery operations team.
*Coordinate, and facilitate where needed, team stand-ups and retrospective meetings

Experience required:
*Experience of working in a project and programme management environment
*Experience of working with a wide variety of stakeholder groups (internal & external)
*Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management principles.
