Description
I am looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor for our public sector client.
The two people would be required to analyse NDR cost returns, prepare elemental cost breakdowns for all building types, using published cost data and professional experience, provide estimated build up of building elements, and compare various cost sources and complete cost reports for the use of the NDR cost guide.
Experienced QS's (around 5 years) with a background in estimating.
Preferably RICS qualified, although not essential.
Locations are Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff..
