Practicus are excited to be partnering with a recognised and progressive company to support their HR Transformation programme. They are now looking for an HR & Payroll Transformation Design Lead to support the implementation of a new HRIS and wider HR transformation (includes new processes for operational activity within HR)

This is not just a technology focused role and it is important that you have strong HR experience from a hire to retire operational/process perspective as you will ultimately support the design and implementation of their HR service from scratch. They currently have desperate ways in which they work and a Legacy system/spreadsheets.
You will be working with closely with SME's and the programme team to define best practise HR processes for HR, Payroll, Talent and Recruitment to ensure the correct solutions are defined and implemented within the system and end user.
The end outcome is to have a simplified common process for how HR/people are managed and therefore be able to provide better business support and insights such as talent, workforce planning, MI and performance management.
