Sr. UX Designer (US only!)

Description

The Sr. UX Designer will create clean and effective consumer experiences for our distributed widget, ZergNet.com, our Publisher Dashboard and reporting interfaces, mobile apps, marketing materials and much more. The position requires developing basic concepts into prototypes and mockups. Resulting designs will often be rapidly deployed and rigorously A/B tested for data driven results.

Specific duties include:

Recommend designs for improvement/development of our distributed content recommendation widget, ZergNet.com, our Publisher Dashboard and reporting interfaces, mobile apps, marketing materials, other

A/B testing of approved recommendations that impact the ZergNet.com user journey, to ensure goals are achieved

Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, and the Executive team to define product features and capabilities

Craft elegant visual and experiential solutions to support user behavior goals, the ZergNet brand, and business needs

Design storyboards, comps, prototypes and other descriptive artifacts of visual design and interactive experiences, and excel at articulating motivation and reasoning behind your design decisions

Design products that empower our publishers to understand large amounts of data that drive their business and inform their decisions
