Connect44 is looking for Engagement Practice solution consultant (Ericsson experience) for project in China

Qualifications and experience

We expect the candidate to have more than 5-10 years experiences on thermal design of high volume industrial products with high reliability requirements and challenging thermal conditions (car industry, marine applications, server industry, telecom, etc) and that this have given the candidate a thorough and deep understanding of various cooling principles (direct air, HEX, etc) and a wide experience of CFD programs like: Ice Pack, Flotherm. We also expect that a substantial part of this cooling experience has been devoted to liquid cooling applications and the key components of this principle. We also expect an expertise of conceptual design of equipment and comparison of various thermal solutions in both the cost and the functionality perspective. For this position we prefer experiences of the platform, concept & product portfolio' discussions that take place during the initial phases of a product life cycle. The candidate can of course communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. We require Bachelor Degree, Masters in mechanical/or and electrical engineering or equivalent background

To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 15 years experiences in industry.

Also required is expertise of management and operating. Experience from process is desired but not essential.

A Bachelor Degree, Masters in telecom or equivalent background is required.

  • The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions.
  • Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently.
  • Good communication, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Strong work experience in EP (Engagement Practice), and in CSR (Customer Solution responsible) role of projects in Ericsson company.

EP experience includes:

  • Industry and customer issue expert organization driving top line through end-to-end engagements
  • Creates customer value through leadership, skills and capabilities
  • Capable of supporting sales across company portfolio, products and solutions
  • Drives and supports sales efforts sponsored by KAM
  • Sets up projects responsible for contract fulfillment
  • Drives customer-centric transformation in company, such as Reference Solution.

CSR experience includes:

  • Secure information flow to and within Customer Solution
  • Secure overall solution with single CSR
  • Clarifying customers' existing network & their needs
  • Driving solution discussion with multi product owners
  • Developing the value argumentation on total solution/system
  • Driving scope definition and optimizing the service with SDO
