I am trying to hire a Financial Analyst for our public sector client.
Please note: Candidates must be available in a week or less from point of offer.
Key tasks and deliverables
Maintain and update income actuals and forecast for GM CSU, including supplying Management Information to Heads of Service and reviewing forecasts with them.
Undertake month end work to ensure income is correct in the ledger.
Undertake the month end Agreement of Balances exercise matching CSU income to NHS customer expenses including identifying and explaining legitimate variances.
Maintain listing of invoices to be raised on future dates
Ensure invoices are raised for all won, existing and new pieces of business (including core SLA's)
Raise invoice requests on the SBS Oracle System
Experience Required
Previous experience of invoice management and NHS Agreement of Balances exercises would be advantageous but not essential.
