IT Manager within IT Security/IAM (Identity and Access Management) Agile, The Netherlands
A leading financial institution based in The Netherlands is looking for a IT Manager within IT Security/IAM. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global organisation within a Agile environment.
You with have extensive automation of the IT security processes and have in-depth knowledge of IT security skills.
You must meet the following requirements:
General knowledge/experience:
Educational background
IT knowledge and capability at academic university-degree level;
Agile at senior management level
Excellent command of the English language.
Technical knowledge/experience:
International work experience;
Architecture;
Product management;
Several years of relevant experience as an IT manager;
A strong affinity with and experience of IT security;
Strong analytical skills;
Experience with Agile/Scrum, and working with DevOps teams;
Experience of working in complex environments (sensitive to the internal organization and creating support and acceptance).

Responsible for developing The Necessary expertise;
You solve cross-team impediments;
