Description
Perfect creates inimitable user experiences through the design and delivery of icons and user interfaces for a variety of products and platforms. As a Senior Rapid Prototyping Software Engineer you will be responsible for any and all front-end development, back-end programming and prototyping necessary and provide insight on technologies used. This work will be performed in collaboration with our User Experience Team and Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with a Design Team and Creative Director to develop production ready web application code.
- Conducting A/B deliverable preview testing.
- Defining and implementing required server-side integration. And share in our belief that design is as much about behavior and emotion as it is about utility and ease of use.
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of multi-tier web application developer experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong shell command-line and scripting skills.
- Strong .NET, C#, MVC programming language skills.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and at least one backend language (i.e. PHP, Ruby, Python).
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server relational databases.
- Expert knowledge in WordPress and comparable CMS frameworks.
- Solid proficiency using SVN, Git, or other version control systems.
- A strong understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services using XML/JSON data formats.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating your strong experience developing Visually Rich and Responsive Web interfaces.
- iOS, Android, Windows native development experience (a plus).
