Your tasks:
- Providing IT Support
- Evaluation, allocating, installing and maintaining new hardware, software and network components (operating system, standard software, applications and network software)
- Accepting and handling technical problems
Your qualifications
- Profound understanding and knowledge of Google Apps, Apple Mac and I Devices
- Solid understanding and knowledge of supporting mobile solutions
- Strong communication skills and customer focused behavior
- ITIL practitioner in Incident Management (at least ITIL Foundation)
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Professionalism and confidence to interact with management representatives
- Strong presentation skills and capability to provide trainings and consultancy for end users
- Very good English skills (written and spoken), German skills are nice to have
