-Increasing the productivity of the operators
- Coaching of shift area supervisors on standardized procedures
- Working towards robust manufacturing processes
- Act as a source of knowledge of manufacturing excellence

- Experienced with project management / working on projects (1 to 3 years)
- Experience in change management (1 to 3 years)
- Able to analyse manufacturing KPI and translate to improvements (1 to 3 years)
