Description
A Workforce Intelligence Analyst is required to join my client in Bradford for a three month contract. The Workforce Intelligence Analyst will be tasked with utilising and maximising workforce data held in Electronic Staff Records (ESR) in order to aid key decision making across the organisation. As such the successful candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to liaise with both technical and non-technical staff.The Workforce Intelligence Analyst must have the following:
- Advanced user Oracle Discoverer and Excel
- Data manipulation, analysis and reporting in Excel
- Experience using Access and SQL Server Databases
- Experience with Electronic Staff Records (ESR)
