FP&A Manager TM16 Months contract initially
Berkshire
£450 - £500 per day
Our client is currently looking to recruit for a FP&A Manager on an interim basis. You will come from the usual accountancy background, holding CIMA, ACCA OR ACA certifications. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of delivering & taking ownership of financial planning and reporting tools, ideally IBM Cognos TM1.
The key responsibilities are divided in 2 parts:
1.Management of FP&A Team:
- Planning of budget timetable, meetings with department heads to discuss plans and critically review proposed budgets.
- Lead the FP&A team and department heads to create quarterly re-forecasts.
- Direct line management of financial planning teams, ensuring delivery of strong business partnering across all areas
- Ownership of consolidation of group forecasting
- Ensure robust controls are in place across the FP&A team
- Ownership of all forecasting, consolidation and reporting tools
2.Management of TM1 implementation:
- Responsible for the delivery of a Cognos/TM1 Business Intelligence reporting project.
- This will be delivered for the Finance function and you will be responsible for project planning, resource Planning, dependency Planning and Management and Status updated in addition to the full implementation.
- You should have a strong background as a BI project Manager. The BI reporting expertise should ideally be within IBM Cognos TM1
