CLAIMS ADVISOR - 6 MONTH CONTRACT- CUSTOMER SERVICE
My client are one of the largest players in the financial services sector, who only employ the best customer service professionals. They are currently looking for a Claims Advisor to join their team on a 6 month basis. As a Claims advisor you will sit in the contingency team mainly dealing with motor accident claims. Experience in this field is not necessary.
Day to day responsibilities in this role will include:
- Handling incoming new motor claims
- Liaise with 3rd parties
- Accurately input any changes
- Proactively deal with all aspects of the claims process
The ideal candidate will have:
- Telephony experience
- Excellent Customer service experience
- Strong educational background (able to provide certificates)
