1.Your function
The Branding Manager works in a team of Designers and report to the Design Team Manager.
Works closely with internal and external partners specialized in Communications, User interfaces, video or TV production, and Design.
Has an advanced knowledge of brands positioning, their identity and practices and can easily advise to sublimate the user experience and the existing creative artwork cross-platforms. Together with the design experts, and in coordination with the business owner, They develop the art of persuasion by creating compelling messages, narrating them in meaningful ways, and crafting strategies to broadcast them to the world.
As a telco, media and entertainment addict, the Branding Manager is always searching for the most effective medium to use to get people emotionally invested and the best way to stylize information of various content such as connectivity (telecommunication), TV (Belgacom TV), content (basket, football, music, )

You are an experienced contributor with project leadership responsibility.
You are very communicative and you can express yourself fluently in at least one of our national languages and in English.
You have an advanced knowledge of brand positioning, their identity and practice;
You are focussed on graphic design;
You are focussed on branding visuals
You are focussed on Communication visuals
You are able to build consistency across 360° communication (digital, non digital)
You set the visual direction for each communication together with the Lead Designer;
You are a trusted adviser/creative expert in the communication field cross platform;
You have an advanced knowledge of digital and printing technologies (print, TV, web, mobile);
You are an expert in the fields below, and always want to improve your knowledge:
Identity development;
