Communications & Campaign Manager

A leading financial services business urgently seeks an experienced Communication and Campaign Manager to Work with the business on the scoping and design of strategic and regulatory mailing
campaign.

Key responsibilities include:
- Implement/oversee Implementation of the Operational communication plan to high quality and in a cost efficient way, making sure all campaigns are delivered on time, to budget and achieve the business objectives.
- Understanding the commercial impact of your campaign and using learning to drive future activity.
- Understanding the impact of the copy content your communications have on our customers and any reputational risk and customer complaints that may arise from this.

Essential skills required:
- Minimum of 7 years experience at developing and delivering world class direct campaigns, managing the end to end campaign management process.
- Financial Services knowledge - highly desirable
- Experience working closely with agencies, print suppliers and third parties.
- A great knowledge of communications across all channels including, DM, Statements, SMS and E-mail.
- Excellent relationship management/stakeholder management skills
- Expert communication skills
