Description
I am currently working with a NHS client in the West Midlands that are in need for a experienced EPR/NHS Change Manager.They are in early stages of a EPR implementation and need the Business Change Manager to come in and hit the ground running.
Your main duties for the first three months as the Change Manager will include:
- Providing specialist engagement, communications and marketing advice on campaigns to managers, staff, committees and clinicians across the trust, While
- Engaging a range of stakeholders in an appropriate manner consistent with the requirements
- Planning and delivery of measurable benefits from projects, programmes and IT deployments, requiring in-depth understanding of key business drivers, development of benefits networks mapped to people, process and technology enablers, benefits realisation plans, base-lining and monitoring
- As the Change Manager you will be able to show extensive experience of initiating, developing and delivering business change and transformation programmes, from development of the business case, through readiness assessment, future state design and benefits realisation
