Change Manager - Our client, a large global bank, is currently looking for an experienced change manager. The Change Manager is responsible for ensuring that all changes are reviewed, receive necessary approvals, are implemented and verified.

Description:

Actively supports and promotes quality and benefits of Controlled Service Environment (ensures, all elements are actively managed in his/her area or responsibility - Workload Analysis, Competency, Awareness and Training, Quality Circles, KGI/KPI).

Key Deliverables:
  • Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the process change management
  • Defining and agreeing upon which changes are assessed as emergencies (and by whom respectively)
  • Creating management information
  • Establishing priorities and categories for easy classification of changes
  • Leading the CAB meeting


Additional duties and responsibilities
  • To cooperate with the respective initiator by accepting the change request, logging them and then assigning each Change Request with a priority. To reject any Change Request which appear unworkable
  • To decide which persons attend the meetings, to whom the individual change requests are assigned and to decide what areas of expertise are required.
  • To schedule the CAB or ECAB meetings for all urgent change request
  • To authorize all accepted changes taking into account the recommendations made by the CAB and ECAB.
  • To work with all necessary parties to coordinate the development, testing and implementing of changes in accordance with the prescribed schedules.
  • To check all outstanding change requests that need to be reviewed.
  • To create a regular and accurate Management Information report.


Qualifications/competencies:

Hard skills:

High level of experience relating to the following business relevant processes:
  • Business & Management Processes nice to have
  • IT Service Operation
  • Risk management
  • Project management nice to have
  • Business Engineering nice to have
  • Certification: ITIL Expert (or minimum ITIL Service Operation module)


Soft skills:

Proven level of knowledge/experience and expertise in the following areas of personal competence:
  • Leadership skills
  • Staff management
  • Communication
  • Social skills
  • Language: English, German; v nice to have
