Store Development & Visual Merchandising Manager, Oxford, 33,00 - 35,000A great opportunity to work for a leading high street retailer with Head Offices in Oxford on a maternity contract.
This role will be responsible for the development of Global store designs and the Visual Merchandising approach across all their store formats to consistently reflect the companies' brand positioning.
This role has two elements to it -
Store development:
Projects; working with the external designer to optimize design and create strict identity which appeals to their customers; lead all store development work - new store openings, refits, one time international openings, detailed project management.
Visual merchandising manager:
Leading their two visual merchandisers who create all their windows, and internal product layouts for their many stores with 3 store categories - prime, high street and outlet.
To review overall role & impact of Point of Sale in delivering the appropriate shopper experience in-store. Set clear guidelines that enable retail marketing team to deliver ongoing solutions
Source and purchase any props and equipment required to enhance store, windows and interiors
Visit the stores on a regular basis to ensure consistency of presentation and brand /store standards
There are many more facets to this role, but to be considered for this role, you will need to be in a senior visual merchandising position preferably within the fashion or home accessory industry.
