Social Media Strategy Adviser: Linked In/Twitter/Recruitment Marketing: Global Co.

World Leading Global Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Strategy Adviser to join their Recruitment Marketing division.

Role Overview:

- Create and articulate a strategic vision for the Social Media strategy for Recruitment in order to drive results and to enhance the brand.
- Develop a year-round social media strategy for each platform, delivering the agreed strategy, enhancing usage and strengthening performance for each.
- Develop and manage programs to engage online followers and target audiences
- Recommend relevant campaigns for associated channels such as professional industry sites, branded mobile sites, event kiosks, and other digital outreach opportunities.
- Own both internal and external communication regarding social media, working in close partnership with the B&C team, to ensure an integrated communication plan across platforms.
- Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders and work cross-functionally with the digital thought leadership and communication teams
- Gather insights from monitoring key discussions across social and syndicating across the broader organization and build competence and awareness of the team
- Apply robust tracking and analytics to quantify and qualify effectiveness of these channels and regularly report analysis/learning's.

About You:

- 7+ years Digital experience
- 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing advising strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter campaigns
- Proven track record of leveraging social to successfully drive organisational objectives
- Experience collaborating with senior-level executives
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; skilled in influencing and gaining the acceptance of others in sensitive situations
- Experience working with IT, Design, Insights and Analytics
- Excellent, proven decision-making ability particularly in situations with critical impacts to the overall organization in a highly visible digital environment
- Solid project management skills with expertise leveraging metrics to drive program improvements
