Senior Indoor Radio Planner with good management skills
Currently we are looking for a Senior Indoor Radio Planner with good management skills.
This person needs to be a technical oracle for the Indoor Radio Planners. His/her Indoor Radio knowledge level has to be high and he/she has to function like a Technical Manager.
We are looking for the following person:
Good communication skills
Good Dutch/English skills (spoken and written)
Good Social skills (team player)
Good manager skills
IB Wave knowledge
Manager needs to have good indoor knowledge (preferably practical experience as well)
He/She must have good inter personal properties. Must be able to delegate and communicate with other departments
Should not be afraid to pull rank at management, or other departments.
Ability to write clear and understandable guidelines, procedures, including for other departments.
Inspiring personality, leading, people manager but with technical skills.
