Service Desk 1st line Support, Alicante

THE ROLE

We require a 1st line support service desk technician with 3 years experience and good languages skills: English, Spanish, and: German or Italian, for our client in Alicante in an International environment on the Spanish coast with long term opportunity.

Initial contract 6 months, renewable, starting ASAP. Eight hour shifts between 7-22 hrs, paid overtime.

SKILLS

- 3 years experience 1st line support

- Good customer telephone manner

- Troubleshooting

- Remedy or similar tool

- Knowledge of ITIL

- Knowledge of ACDs

LANGUAGES

  • English and Spanish (B2 of the CEF Common European Framework).
  • Moreover the candidates must have German or Italian.
  • French would be desirable.
