Senior Strategy Analyst/Regulatory/Data/Strategy/Banking
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Business Analyst to work with my client, a leading retail bank, on a large scale transformation programme within their strategy analytics team within PPI.
The role will be responsible to lead the conduct of robust and detailed hypothesis and to lead strategic analysis leading to actionable insight and options for management to facilitate the delivery of strategic decisions. The data analysed and MI presented will provide a true understanding of the complaints landscape ensuring the customer's and Bank's agenda is achieved.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of the FCA/PRA regulatory framework relating to complaints
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Strategy and the supporting business processes
- Mix of compliance, strategy, finance, marketing and data analysis skill-set
- Extensive proficiency in data analysis to support hypothesis based strategy development
- Blue chip corporate banking experience background preferred
- Financial and compliance management experience preferred
