Customer Care Analyst - Bracknell - 6 month contract - £80/£100

Job Description

Key duties/responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned
  • Identifying appropriate presenters and executives for individual meetings
  • Gathering feedback via the NPS survey from the customer/prospect, account team and presenters.
  • Familiarity of Dell IT equipment onsite, and initiate and escalate as required for support
  • Become familiar and master SFDC for intake and CBC metrics

Qualifications:

  • Customer Champion
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable with senior level executives
  • 2-3 year's experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Good with PowerPoint
