Customer Care Analyst - Bracknell - 6 month contract - £80/£100
Job Description
Key duties/responsibilities:
- Customer Reception, including morning setup, greeting of customers, catering, facility preparation and other logistical details as assigned
- Identifying appropriate presenters and executives for individual meetings
- Gathering feedback via the NPS survey from the customer/prospect, account team and presenters.
- Familiarity of Dell IT equipment onsite, and initiate and escalate as required for support
- Become familiar and master SFDC for intake and CBC metrics
Qualifications:
- Customer Champion
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with senior level executives
- 2-3 year's experience in sales and/or marketing
- Good with PowerPoint
