Frontline Helpdesk Support - Ashford

Our client, a leading organisation in the card payment industry, are looking for a frontline helpdesk support to join their techincal services team on an initial 3 month contract. You will work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and will be paid £8.17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Answering calls

- Providing technical services

- Providing excellent customer service

Skills and Education required:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent telephone manner

- Can follow scrips but use initative at the same time

- Reliable

- Trustworthy

Desirable:

- GCSE's/ALevel qualifications
