Service Operations Assistant (Data analysis) required for a permanent role in Weybridge.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Main: Operating telecom services businesses (business mobile, landline, Mobile VoIP & SMS) by providing usage analysis and billing, customer service, and report internally and to the customer.
The job also involved in troubleshooting of mobile service and dealing with customers & telecom service providers in Europe.
Secondary: CT(Communication Technology) service billing, Ad hoc work.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Analysis

Data collection, data monitoring and analysis.
Undertake analysis and manipulation of client data/databases using advanced
analytical techniques and applications.
Find trend on usage and cost.
How to minimize cost and to improve service.

Billing
Manage invoices from service providers.
Produce and organize usage data from various sources in order to issue
invoice to customers.

Report
Produce monthly report (Mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi etc.) for European customers.
Report includes analysis mentioned above.

Customer Service
Support various issues related mobile networks (Mobile, VoIP, Wi-Fi etc.)
New mobile number issue, number porting, tariff change.
Process service orders from customer.

SKILLS required:

1. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills.
2. Good report writing skills.
3. Knowledge of billing system and process, desirable.
4. Knowledge of mobile networks operations, desirable.
5. Good oral and written communication skills focused on customer service.
6. Strong analytical thinker and problem solver.
7. Attention to detail & ability to work in a time sensitive environment.
8. Good judgment, initiative, commitment and resourcefulness.

HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in data analysis (1 ~ 4years' experience)
Experience in telecom or IT industries would be preferable but not essential
Experience working in customer service
Proficiency in additional European language is beneficial

SALARY & BENEFITS:

£22-£24k basic annual salary depends on experience.
25 days annual leave.
Up to 15% discretionary performance based bonus per annum (following successful completion of probation period).
