An excellent opportunity has become available with a leading banking insitution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PM/BA with a focus on CRM.

The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be working on a strategic Client Relationship Management (CRM) programme with the purpose of leading 2 of the 4 project workstreams. The person will be required to work directly with investment banking Front Office sales and trading users, Operations, Data and IT, and senior Banking Relationship Managers to clearly articulate business, operations, and data requirements, provide solution design ideas, manage the analysis and deliverables to plan, and reflect high credibility in the understanding of how client and market data is used and presented. The PM/BA will work within a small team responsible for the successful delivery of the change programme for CRM and will be expected to bring in market leading CRM knowledge, and an understanding of how CRM is used in other successful firms - both financial services and non-financial.

The PM/BA will be required to capture formal system, data, and user requirements; and operations and data workflows in a structured manner. The person must be highly effective in presenting ideas and detailed requirements/workflows using a variety of written and visual means, and be able to motIvate and drive common understanding between senior CxO and MD stakeholders in addition to execution teams of analysts and developers.

The role demands a strong understanding of client data, data attributes, and the candidate must have the skill set to map multiple data sources to a common data model, communicate and propagate the client data model, migrate Legacy data, and drive implementation with all delivery stakeholders. The role also needs a strong understanding of client operations workflow throughout the client life cycle is critical, as is the ability to provide leadership and guidance to define and implement the target operating models to support the client life cycle with operations, both onshore and offshore.

Deliverables will include:

. Business user requirements
. Functional requirements
. Functional and users workflows and Information Architecture
. Technical data analysis
. Data workflow analysis and data requirements
. User Acceptance Testing requirements and scripts
. Offshore and onshore team structure with roles and responsibilities defined

The candidate will require a strong understanding of data, operations, and technical issues faced with a variety of technologies including Oracle, Siebel, SalesForce, Java, Flex, HTML5, Bloomberg, Advanced Excel and amongst others.

The person needs to ensure the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are delivered by the project stream. They will also identify and intervene where there is slippage and variance from plan, in addition to tracking all Risks, Issues and Dependencies.

Other project management skills may include:

. Articulates to stakeholders the targeted benefits and takes joint responsibility for benefits realisation
. Manages the business sponsor, working with them to ensure project deliverables are met
. Plans and manages the implementation of the change, to ensure business benefits are realised and that the transition from current state to target state is smooth. Ensuring that the organisation and other change audiences are ready, willing and able to function in the new business environment
. Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery and business partner teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes
. Sets the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success
. Promotes pace and energy within the team and leads by example.
