SAP Infra Service Delivery Manager
Marlin Green is looking for an SAP Infra Service Delivery Manager for one of our international customers in Brussels/Belgium.
We are looking for an SAP Infra Service Delivery Manager to join the customer in 2015.
Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of SAP infrastructure change initiatives through planning, prioritization, financial management and communicating to the main stakeholders on progress against key outcomes (time, scope, quality, value and service level agreements).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Program and project management to recognised standards eg PMI or equivalent Strong result driven attitude Understanding of SAP Functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, Support, Development) Understanding of SAP Components and their relationship to each other (ERP, BW, PI, SRM, Portal, Industry Solutions) Capacity to think out of the box and to generate solutions Ability to deal with ambiguity within a changing environment and experience within a Matrix organizational structure Strong written and oral communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal skills Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities Excellent technical architecture and technical support documentation skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
