One of our Public Sector client in the Middle East region is looking for SAP SRM Technical Lead. Our client is a very reputed Organization which provides excellent working conditions and opportunities to the consultants.
Roles and responsibility of the SAP Tech Lead:
Develops and manages the timeline and deliverables for these technical objects
Work closely with the client Technical Project lead in managing the technical cutover plan and the execution of all technical cutover tasks
Develops and manages SAP timeline and SAP deliverables for these technical objects
Manages SAP development team, including any offshore resources
Serves as the SAP focal point for technical architecture issues
Manages the development team, including any offshore resources
Develops technical specifications for assigned development objects
QA's all technical specifications before build commences
Validates all unit tests executed against objectives of the development objects
Works closely with the functional team to ensure all variations are included within the testing cycles for developments in scope
Codes/develops assigned development objects and performs unit testing for these, against documented scripts
Provides input/support to the team for Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts
Ensures business sign off of all development objects are obtained at the end of each test cycle
Recommends technical architecture based on functional and performance requirements
Serves as the focal point for technical architecture issues
Provides direction in data standards, conversion and data quality
Coordinates technical conversion activities in each team
Supports administration of data dictionary and other information modelling tools
Work closely with client Technical Project lead in managing the technical activities and ensure technical deliverables are met.
Works alongside the client technical Project Lead to build SRM architecture and deliver SRM project scope.
Provides information to the client technical Project Lead and project team on all technical activities.
Provides information to project team on all SRM objects that could impact custom development objects related to the scope.
Ensure the custom development objects are not impacted due to SRM objects implementation.
Responsible for reviewing all technical specifications for integration issues linked to existing custom developments/set up
Responsible for validating component installation for the SRM project with associated technical teams
Required SAP Lead Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP experience and hands-on.
- Minimum of 2 SRM Full Cycle SAP Implementations as Tech Lead.
- SRM functional awareness
- ECC functional awareness
- Basis activities knowledge
- Good SRM Architecture design experience.
- Fair Technical capabilities/understanding of custom development, BAPIs, BADIs, Repairs, R3 Notes, User Exit, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Imports, and Custom Reports.
- SRM development activities awareness.
- SRM RDS experience.
- SRM Configuration awareness
- SRM integrated components (MDM, cfolders, CLM, SUS, SLC etc...) experience
- Support role experiences (solving problems and troubleshooting)
- Exposure to other SAP support tools such as SolMan, PI, GRC, Portal, BW, BI, BWA, Terex.
- ASAP methodology experiences and management capabilities
- Had led a 5 or more technical team( developers, basis, BI, and Portal consultants ) for 3 years or 2 FC implementation project.
- Has good Interpersonal Skills
