Insight Analyst/Strategic Insight Analyst/Campaign Analyst - Yorkshire - to £400 - 6 month contract - Market leading organisation and household brand name

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join a market leading organisation and household brand name. The successful candidate will provide analytical insight from customer-level data, focusing on customer value performance, the sizing of future potential and the impacts of resulting cross-category business actions and strategies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining the contact strategy, including the implementation of contact strategy delivery, continuous improvement, and reporting of contact strategy processes that allow the business to attract and retain a profitable customer base.

Role:

- Provide analytical insight from customer-level data, focusing on customer value performance, the sizing of future potential and the impacts of resulting cross-category business actions and strategies

- Implementing and maintaining the contact strategy, including implementation of contact strategy delivery, continuous improvement, and reporting of contact strategy processes that allows the business to attract and retain a profitable customer base

- Analyse customer level data (eg customer value performance) to identify key insights

- Assist in the preparation of customer value performance MI's, including the preparation of theme-based monthly analyses

- Processing of the acquisition system to select relevant and responsive prospects

- Developing and producing MI relating to campaign performance in conjunction with stakeholder requirements

- Delivering regular analysis to identify trends. Supporting investigation of trends to make contact strategy as effective and efficient as possible

- Size potential value of existing customers to identify key cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and the 'size of the prize'

- Develop underlying datasets for the customer value performance MI, instalment income and other work streams within the team

Skills and experience:

SAS Base and Macro - proven experience in both

SQL for data analysis and data manipulation purposes

Excellent analytics skills and proven experience within an analytical role

Experience of campaign development, analysis, and monitoring

Awareness of customer value and its application to develop strategic insights

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and management

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Numerical, mathematical, statistical degree preferably
