Marketing Executive
Surrey Based
6 months
£250-350 per day

To provide support to the Marketing team in the maintenance and development of marketing collateral.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the Marketing Manager in updating marketing literature. This will involve liaising with the wider marketing team and other teams where required, to ensure that client communications comply with brand and regulatory requirements.
To attend internal meetings, and represent Marketing interests
To participate in or manage any specialist projects assigned
To provide support to other members of the Marketing Communications team as required.
To work closely with and establish effective relationships with a number of key stakeholders including the wider marketing team as well as product, distribution, operations, change team, compliance, advertising standards and group brand. You will also deal with internal and external suppliers.
Budget administration and monitoring for projects managed.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

EXPERIENCE

Marketing CommunicationsKnowledge and experience in the delivery of marketing communications, campaign and production processes.
Industry experiencePensions or Financial Services background is highly desirable.
Specific ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have experience of creating and maintaining marketing collateral and possess some copywriting experience.

Qualifications

Marketing qualification highly desirable. If not, evidence of appropriate experience in a similar role
Excellent communicator
An excellent standard of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate with external and internal customers at all levels of the organisation.
Team player
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Self motivation
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Strong PC skills
Confident/competent with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
Organised
Good planning skills. Highly organised and able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
Excellent attention to detail good copy writing skills and competent proof reader.
Proactive
Open to challenging established norms where appropriate and suggesting improvements.
Negotiation Skills
Proven ability to negotiate
