Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Social Media Coordinator, with Arabic language skills, within a charity for a 6 month contract.
The Job
* Develop social media content strategy in line with business goals and vision.
* Plan social media campaigns in line with advertising campaigns and SEO strategy.
* Manage the social media content calendar and day-to-day activities on global social media channels.
* Manage the YouTube channel, in line with the video strategy.
* Work with the PPC team to integrate social advertising campaigns with organic marketing activity.
* Work with the online team to ensure consistent social media tags integration on all websites.
* Monitor brand reputation on social media and other networking websites.
* Drive brand awareness and thought leadership by amplifying content and online presence, and developing audiences.
* Set up and embed guidelines for the use of social media and manage troubleshooting as required.
* Carry out regular monitoring and evaluation of social media activity to ensure continuous improvement.
* Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the marketing team
The Person
* Strong track record in strategic use of social media to contribute to organisational objectives
* Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
* Strong analytical skills and ability to produce KPI reports
* Exposure to content strategies for social media (infographics, apps, video)
* Experience of creating an online social community
* Social media moderation and crisis management experience
* Experience using social media monitoring tools such as Falcon Social, radian6 , Hootsuite, HootSuite, Sprout Social, WildFire, Spredfast, FollowerWonk, SocialBro, Tweet Deck
* Language skill: Arabic
