Description
Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for an admin assistant to join their team in Coventry on an initial 5 month basis.
There are TWO roles available:
- One will be NIGHT shifts (11pm/7am) for 4 nights on and 4 nights off on a rota basis.
- Another will be EVENING shifts (6pm-11pm) working 5 evenings a week.
*For shifts worked between the hours of 11pm and 7am temps will be paid an unsociable hours uplift on the basic salary - 15% for Monday-Saturday, and 50% for Sunday*
The role:
- Part of a small team of agents working reports and taking some inbound calls in respect of fraud or potential fraud on customers' accounts.
- You'll identify and report fraudulent accounts to reduce our losses, escalating issues to your team leader or a relevant specialist
- It's all about building up your knowledge to suggest and implement ways to improve how we work, all while supporting and coaching less experienced colleagues
Experience needed:
- Experience of working in a call centre role
- Customer service skills
- Ability to handle a range of queries and transactions
- We're looking for fast learners who are excellent communicators and have a proven record in creating simple solutions to often-complex problems
