We are looking for a Sr. Integrated Talent Manager for a 3 months contract position in Atlanta, GA.

The Integrated Talent Manager is part of the Integrated Business Affairs Department and plays a critical role in projecting, estimating and tracking all costs pertaining to Talent in our TV, Radio, Industrial and Internet advertising.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of the following Unions' collective bargaining agreements and is capable of interpreting the details of their union contracts:
  • Screen Actors Guild (SAG)
  • American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA)
  • American Federation of Musicians (AFM)
  • Must have outstanding organizational skills along with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs at once with a can do' attitude
  • Strong prioritization and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Review Creative and Media plans to estimate session and reuse budgets.
  • Receive media information from Account Group in order to estimate reuse
  • Process all Talent session contracts
  • Review and assess commercials for talent fee adjustments such as upgrades, downgrades and out-grades
  • Responsible for authorizing all talent payments including taxes, pension & health coverage and worker's compensation through outside vendor (Talent Partners)
  • Estimate talent residuals for account group and client review/approval
  • Direct contact with talent Agent to confirm proper documentation is received
  • Process all Talent invoices for sessions and reuse
  • Responsible for informing Account Group of upcoming Holding Fees 30 days prior to payment
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate talent files for each project
  • Negotiate when talent contract is expired at 21 months and is requested to be renewed
  • Negotiate talent contact once holding fees are suspended and then request is made for commercial to be reinstated
  • Assist with SAG/AFTRA Audit/talent related claims
  • Handle content footage requests, locate footage for production
  • Stock music search, negotiations and secure licensing
  • Research requests for commercial use, ie music rights, talent costs, etc
  • Ensure that vendors are set up as agency vendor in system, acquire paperwork
  • Generate purchase orders to vendors
