Description
SAP Solution Architect
Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Preferably 10+ years experience in SAP implementation.
Preferably 5+ years experience in SAP project integration with a deep and broad SAP modular knowledge (especially FI, MM, PM, PS, HR).
Strong knowledge of SAP ASAP Methodology and Project Management tools
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for the integration of the overall SAP solution
Strong communication skills including excellent customer facing skills.
Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.
Respects local traditions and culture with a preference of having Middle East work experience.
Punctual with the ability to work under pressure and achieve tight projects tasks and deliverables.
Strong Team player with the ability to put team goals ahead of individual preferences.
Takes full responsibility for ensuring high quality work.
Ability to comprehend detailed MS-Project plans and understands how individual tasks fit into the overall program.
Ability to report accurate project progress in a timely fashion and respects reporting line
Excellent problem solving skills and techniques.
