Description
SAP Change Manager
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Strong project management and consultancy skills
Preferably 10+ years of SAP project implementation experience.
In depth knowledge of Change Management and Training processes
Ability to mentor technical resources on best practices and novel ideas
Ability to take ownership and responsibility of managing stakeholders and client expectations
Strong knowledge SAP ASAP methodology
Ability to identify user training requirements
Ability to enhance user acceptance of the system being delivered
Identify and mitigates risks associated with readiness
Strong communication skills including excellent customer facing skills.
Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.
Respects local traditions and culture with a preference of having Middle East work experience.
Punctual with the ability to work under pressure and achieve tight projects tasks and deliverables.
Strong Team player with the ability to put team goals ahead of individual preferences.
Takes full responsibility for ensuring high quality work.
Ability to comprehend detailed MS-Project plans and understands how individual tasks fit into the overall program.
Ability to report accurate project progress in a timely fashion and respects reporting line
