We currently have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking Information Security and Compliance Manager (IT Security, Project Management) to join our Operations team.The Information Security and Compliance Manager (IT Security, Project Management) will be required to provide leadership and strategic management to drive change to standardised, consistent and simplified processes, in order to achieve efficiency and / or performance improvements, ensure Outsourcery is compliant with legal requirements in line with ISO standards and define and implement any future ISO roadmaps in line with Company requirements.
Key duties of the Information Security and Compliance Manager (IT Security, Project Management) will include but not be limited to:
* Responsible for an Information Security Strategy, in line with global standards and policies, and the requirements of audit bodies and Clients
* Responsible for managing the ISMS Forum.
* Responsible for definition, delivery and management of Outsourcery Business Continuity Management System to ISO 22301.
* Responsible for assisting the Business Operations Manager in retaining all existing accreditations including ISO certifications, and derive maximum business benefit for from 'living' these accreditations pragmatically.
* Responsible for establishing and operating a rolling programme of risk assessment activities as required by the ISO27001 ISMS protecting Outsourcery assets and the company Risk Treatment Plan to ensure risks are managed.
Essential skills and qualifications required for Information Security and Compliance Manager (IT Security, Project Management) at Outsourcery:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
* ISO 27001 implementation and system management
* A recognised subject matter expert for ISO 27001, ISO 22301
Desirable skills and qualifications required for Information Security & Compliance Manager at Outsourcery:
* ISO Lead Auditor Qualification(s)
* Recognised Security Qualification(s)
* ISO implementation and system management
* ITIL experience and service delivery
* Experience of Government Information Security practices and procedures e.g.(ILx, PSN. CoCo)
