I am currently recruiting for a Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality position for a CCG based in the South East of England.The successful candidate will have specific responsibility for:-
- Supporting the Chief Nurse in the safeguarding for adults and children across the local authority and provide assurance to the Governing Body and relevant national bodies that commissioned services are clinically safe.
- Support the complaints and serious incident management through analysis, reviewing and and learning to encourage best practice.
- Deputise for the the Chief Nurse at Clinical Governance and Board meetings.
- Ensure the framework for quality and strategy is adhered to.
- Provide senior nursing expertise and input to the management team and governing body.
This role is due to last an initial 3 months with the potential to extend.
