My client an insurance firm is in need of a .NET MVC Developer to maintain and enhance the organisations new Global CMS platform (Umbraco) to join their expanding team based in Central London.

Successful candidate will be a .NET MVC Developer and will be able to maintain and enhance the organisations new Global CMS platform (Umbraco). The person will be responsible for taking control and enhancing the development of the group's new websites. As part of this role, the individual will also be involved with expanding the usage of the platform to a dozen or so websites globally, all on a single platform..

My client is looking for the following skills and knowledge:
  • 4+ year .NET MVC Development experience - Required
  • Strong and proven experience in .NET Web application development and delivery
  • Full life cycle experience in active hands-on role of from design to delivery
  • CMS experience - Umbraco desirable
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Insurance / financial services - Ideally experience in the London insurance market.
  • Working with offshore / 3rd party development
  • .NET/C#/ASP.Net - (Java additional benefit)
  • Object relationship Mapping - Entity framework/Nhibernate
  • Web Development - HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript
  • JavaScript Frameworks - JQuery, AngualarJS
  • MS SQL/TSQL related Database technologies


They're offering a 3 month rolling contract; they are looking at taking someone on in the next 1-4 weeks time. They offer between £300-£400pd so if you're interested please email me your up to date CV.
