Description
As part of their systems upgrade, the current project is the redesign and redevelopment of their Financial Application products. As well as moving legacy applications onto the .Net framework, there is also the build of new applications from scratch for their client base across Europe.With strong Vb.Net skills, you will also be working on back-end systems in both SQL and Oracle, writing stored procedures, tables, triggers and views.
Based in South County Dublin, the location is easily accessible from the city centre and M50 as well as several major public transport links.
Skills:
- Third level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years development with .Net framework
- 5+ years Vb.Net Development experience
- 5+ years working with SQL, preferably
- 2+ years working with Oracle databases, preferably 10g
- Excellent analysis, problem solving and communication skills
- Financial Services experience an advantage
