Description
The General Manager will be responsible for covering Medicine and managing a large team within the trust, including Service Managers, administrators and outpatient services.The role will be covering Medicine, managing a large team of staff from administrators through to assistant Service Managers and Service Managers, managing outpatient services, inpatient waiting lists and ensuring compliance with the trusts 18 wk RTT targets. You also will be targeted on the management of the Cardiology and Respiratory part of the trust.
