Description
Senior PMO - Our client, a major bank based in Zurich, is looking for a senior PMO to assist on two very important projects within the bank.Main Activities :
- Financial Management
- Budget planning and budget controlling
- Tracking actual spend, forecasting future costs, reporting cost variances and adjusting program forecasts based on change control
- Schedule Management
- Identifies project level milestones and integrating them into an overall program level plans
- Integrates the detailed project schedule into a detailed program schedule
- Monitors schedule variances and recommends corrective actions
- Resource Management
- Monitor Supplier Contracts and plan resources
- Monitor resource allocation report risks/issues to Program Manager
- Supplier Management
- Monitor the various suppliers (internal/external) providing services to the program and notifying the Program Manager of supplier performance issues
- Manage/Track supplier contracts (milestone tracking, payments etc.)
- Program Administration
- Organizes meetings, workshops, etc.
- Ensures Program support documentation (process guides, governance plan, stakeholder map etc.) is up to date
- SharePoint and JIRA content owner
- Maintains meeting protocols (Meeting Minutes)
- Communications Management
- Editorial support for progress reporting, Steering Committees etc.
- Assist the program manager in developing necessary communications to program stakeholders
Must - have skills :
- Certified project manager PMI / PMP
- 5 Years experience in the role as ITPL/PMO
- Very good skills with Microsoft Excel (including macros, VBA)
- Very good spoken/written English & German
Important skills :
- Previous knowledge with Project collaboration tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA)
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Portfolio and Resource Management Tool experience
- Experience in data analysis and data visualization
