Internal Communications manager required for an initial 3-12 Month contract to be based form my client's offices in Enfield.
My client requires a communications professional who can work closely with senior management to deliver a comprehensive internal communications programme to staff across the organisation to support the changes and ensure staffs continue to do a great job for my client's residents.
You will develop and deliver regular communications through a wide range of channels including emails, the Intranet, tv screens, staff presentations, staff magazine, videos, social media, staff engagement groups and activities, recognition and suggestion schemes, publicity materials and briefing networks.
This is an exciting and challenging position which will help to shape and deliver a new organisation which improves the customer experience. A recognised qualification in marketing or public relations is required. Experience of working in central or local government is desirable but not essential.
It is highly desirable that you have experience delivering internal communications around a major organisational Transformation programme.
