Our client is searching for a Project Manager for a 15 Month project in New York City.
The following management/leadership skills are required:
- Answer support calls over phone and email
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues
- Handle changes to existing processes as part of issue resolution
- Good communication skills and patience with the client.
- Clear communication via telephone is absolutely essential
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience with the following areas in SAP:
- Handling Unit Management (HUM)
- Ability to provide direction to the Portal
- ABAP development and Basis resources in problem resolution
- Warehouse Management
- Batch Management
- Quality Management
- Sales and Distribution
- Master Data
- Logistics General
- Finance
