Senior Project Manager (CRM)

This Senior Project Manager position will require communication between business areas, vendors, and IT staff. The candidate must be driven, results oriented, able to work/facilitate several groups within assigned project, have a strong customer service attitude and capable of handling multiple situations in a fast paced environment, have the ability to track issues and daily tasks and escalate to management as needed. Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and coordinate deliverables between technology and business teams, inter-relationships and dependencies between multiple, projects, and/or applications, including multiple and often conflicting priorities and information. A proven ability to maintain focus on the "goal".

High Level Requirements:

  • Must have Salesforce.com/Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience(3-5 years)

  • Must have CRM experience (3-5 years)

  • Must have 3rd Party Integration experience

  • Must have experience integrating with Legacy systems for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)

  • Must have experience setting up Knowledge Base

  • Plan, manage and execute course of relatively large and/or complex project

  • Providing day-to-day management and oversight, following established project management methodology

  • Actively manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Identify, track and resolve project inter dependencies and related execution issues/risks

  • Actively engage key stakeholders

  • Closely partner with business stakeholders to assess feasibility, complexity, and scope of new capabilities and solutions

  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure for multiple projects

  • Track course of project from meetings

  • Report on progress of project to include milestones, resources and financials

  • Facilitate, track and manage changes to scope and requirements through established change management process

  • Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure consistent solution design and integration in direct support of business objectives

  • Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, IT strategies, and design intent

  • Drive continuous improvement; may include design, definition of roadmaps, standardization of processes and methodologies
