Our Edinburgh based public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Procurement Portfolio Officer to join this newly formed area and take the lead on EU procurement projects (OJEU). The post holder will also be leading tender evaluations of complex requirements and supporting, planning and leading significant procurement projects.
