This high profile organisation based in York is looking for a Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract expected to last 6 months. The purpose of this role is to develop and execute a marketing strategy and brand awareness in line with the target customer profile. This role will cover all aspects of marketing from advertising, PR, digital, social media, visual and communications.

Key accountabilities:
* Develop a 360 degree marketing strategy in conjunction with the Regional Marketing Manager to deliver specific objectives and leverage cost-efficiencies in regional planning ensuring value is maximised
* Communicate and interpret the results of consumer research to support the formulation of the consumer strategy
* The creation of offline marketing materials to increase brand awareness
* Manage the relationships of local advertising, media, press, web, promotion agencies in support of the company strategy and centralised plan
* Deliver ROI analysis and provide marketing reports, as requested, to inform decision making
* Provide complete and concise briefings and evaluations as required by head office and the senior team on a timely basis.
* Manage, monitor and analyse marketing budgets, including procurement processes to ensure optimisations and cost efficiency.

The successful Marketing Manager must have relevant 360 degree marketing and PR experience, ideally within an integrated environment. You must have experience handling complex digital campaigns and have exposure of new business development, budget management and experience in a customer handling environment.
