Description
Our banking sector client is currently working on a large transformation project and requires a Project Manager to handle the operational aspects.
In the role of Project Manager the scope will involve:
-Take over the operation routines and be full service responsible from the last day of service'
-Evaluate the existing documentation and decide if additional handover documentation is needed.
-Enable and validate Operation routines in order to operate and provide necessary service levels to support the transition and transformation in scope, as well as handle the IT operation in the future.
-Evaluate if knowledge and resources levels are sufficient to proceed with the correspondent service agreed and if not the case establish training in order to obtain this goal.
