Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP SD specialist for our client in Brussels.
In your function as consultant you present design concepts and report to the senior management. You analyze, evaluate alternatives, develop and realize solutions. From design to go-live you are responsible of the Implementation of our standardized processes and the customizing of the system in the areas of SD-MM area. You are in close contact with our key users and business analysts, consulting and supporting them. In your function you also coordinate other consultants and supervise their activities. You work in global projects and additionally you plan, lead and support local projects in all phases
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong SAP knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions in the designated areas
- Good solid basis in SD-MM with at least 3 full cycle implementations
- Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and create functional requirements
- Design, Configure, test and implement SAP SD systems to meet client business requirements, including connection points with FI, MM, QM and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
- Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Consultant Profile
- Extensive relevant experience in comparable position and/or as senior consultant
- Expert skills of SAP SD Release ECC 6.0, user exits and integration aspects to other modules FI, MM, PP
- Extensive hands-on configuration experience in the SD module
- Ability to identify and resolve integration issues between areas
- Work as a team with other consultants and the client
- ABAP development skills are an advantage
- Verified project skills of at least two SAP ECC 6.0 full cycle implementations
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Experience in leading project teams
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and structured way of working
