I am currently working on an exciting and unique opportunity to join one of my growing and ambitious clients on a 3 month contract.

As the L&D Specialist you will be responsible for delivering, designing and developing key projects which include the introduction of a new employee induction process, the review and recommendations to implement an LMS and the design of core skills training across the business (project management, customer service, written communications etc)

My client has just fewer than 300 employees so although they are not a high volume employer, they have equally grown rapidly this year and have plans to continue this growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to really own and be accountable for the success of these critical projects that will have tangible benefits to their employees and business

To be considered for the assignment you must have proven L&D experience specifically around these types of projects (creating a new induction process, reviewing and implementing an LMS and core skills training and development).
